The challenge to find uses for the tons of boxes that we have left after a move is a big one. If money was paid for them, it makes it very difficult to just send them out to the recycling bin and kiss off the money. Well, we have managed to put a good bit of them to use and now we have two more ways to finish of the pile: toy box and display case.
The toy box is an easy one of if there are kids on the home. We all know how quick the toys can start to pile up and there never seems to be anyplace to put them all. The boxes are the perfect storage solution, even if they do have to be modified a bit to make it happen.

Those moving boxes are still sitting there and we still needed something else to do with them. The bookcases were great, but they hardly used up the amount of boxes that we had purchased. The funny thing is that the next idea happened out of sheer luck in that our cat jumped into one of the boxes and started playing. All the toys we had for the animal and she just had to go into a box.
If you are not familiar with kitty condos, they are tall structure with various different scratching posts and areas that the cat can hide in, scratch and play. It sound simple enough, but believe me, they are not cheap. Our cat had always liked to get into boxes the moment that we opened them up and put them on the floor so this one seemed like it would be a slam dunk.

Well if you are like me, your house was ceiling to floor with boxes when the movers left and I was looking at close to a hundred boxes that I was going to have to figure something out for.
